I noticed you wrote that you feel you need a "Reset"...

Beware of the "Nuclear Reset" button that Dov always speaks about. (i.e. that we tend to give in under the pretext that we just need a reset, and then we'll start again fresh. That's garbage, because that's what keeps us in the cycle forever.

The best RESET, believe it or not, is simply to hold on through the tough times and not give in. That RESETS our brain over time. Not as fast as the Nuclear Reset, which allows us to suddenly "cry crocodile tears to Hashem" again about how we want to get up and do Teshuvah, but a REAL reset that LASTS.
In general, P&M is the engine that feeds lust and shmiras einayim problems. Stop the P&M and you'll find that you stop lusting and looking at things you shouldn't. You really won't have a choice. Because if you try  to stop P&M but don't stop looking at things you shouldn't, you'll fall back into P&M eventually.

So P&M is the klal. The rest are "prat".
We launched a new exercise today called W.I.T.Y which can help us clarify for ourselves why it's just not worth it to continue.

The latest addition was gevaldig! I'm looking forward to putting the whole thing together as a PDF for people to download on our website (when it's complete). It can give some very important perspective to those who struggle with this. Thank you!!
Dave, you're an inspiration!

anything about this?

This article that I wrote in Rabbi Twersk'i book "Teshuva Through Recovery", discusses it in depth.
Wow, what a story! Your soul obviously had a long journey to undergo in this lifetime. But finally you're pointed in the right direction, you are very fortunate! Hashem loves you tremendously. Don't let dark thoughts take you down. Each victory is priceless. There will be setbacks, that is normal. Be patient and kind to yourself, as you would to someone else who you knew was in your situation. With the tools of GYE and the great chevra here, you're in good hands!
An excellent summary of all the mare mekomos and Halachos of הוצאת זרע לבטלה.
