Life has been really great the past 13 days I just found out of this site I signed myself up and I really felt that this time I'm going to make it through, and for 13 days I felt sky high.
Until now when I got a painful reminder that the struggle is a tough one,
 I have fallen through twice, and feel terrible about it, but being on the right path doesn't guarantee you that you will not fall, but it does guarantee that eventually you'll get home it might take some time it might take some pain but as long as you're on the right path you will make it through,
As I'm writing these lines, I feel now more determined than ever to keep standing back up, and to not give up.
And בע"ה this time will be the time that I will make it back home without falling ever again

I understand the feeling completely, its really tough and depressing. Its great to see you've got chizzuk to keep going., You can do this!
What gives you the strength to keep going though?
I know sometimes I just feel so worthless and helpless and dont know what to do

Wow great to have you here! If I can make a suggestion with your permission, that you add one of the tools from the site and do it daily, to have a daily positive growth as you push through this.

I already had the old phone in my hands and selected the Wi-Fi option that's supposed to work and thought that if hashem doesn't want me to watch then he could disconnect the Wi-Fi then i put in the code I'm 100% sure it was the right one but still it came up that it's a wrong password and should have made me put it away as it was clear that hashem is here to help me but I'm just human and I tried again but still it didn't work in the end i tried 4 times and all 4 time it didn't work and here I am right away logged onto GYE to distract me from any bad thoughts

NEVER did I have this before that 4 times and still it didn't work it always connects on the first try

I cannot believe I actually made through the day with the urges that I had just a few hours ago!!!
Never since the start of this fight to stop watching P have I ever felt as good as I feel now, I literally had an unfiltered device in my hands ready to start watching and managed to get out of there without falling.

Posting is a great way to connect, learn, and grow also.

There is also an extremely powerful tool of accountability, friends, and mentors, as has been mentioned, that has helped hundreds - myself included.

thanks for the chizzuk it came just in the right moment, as I had to be today somewhere where the urges to look were pretty strong I really didn't want to go but I was very important and I was very stressed that I wouldn't make it out of there without looking at and think about inappropriate things and your chizzuk really helped me pass day the with almost no bad thoughts, I have been to that place quite a few times never was it so easy not to look and think about stuff as it was today
