So I'm is having so a hard time, I BH 139 days clean, but de last few weeks I not shmiras eineyim in de streets so good, and I wased slippery online a few times till a week ago, BH now I very ceerful not to slipery online but I still have very treifene machshuvos somtimes and my eyes are running away from me, they all over de place... fur me de streets are much harder...

I just posting it like that I accountable to you... and cause I need eitzes how not to looking in de streets

What have you tried so far? What has or hasn't worked in the past?

I found it deeply meaningful to say a brief tefillah every time I averted my eyes.
I say the Yehi Ratzon for shemiras einayim every day after minyan before I start my day.
When walking, I try to look at the pavement - zukt advises Rav Avigdor Miller (have you read any of the shemiras einayim booklets?)
You can practice not looking around even when there is no nisayon - like in shul.
I keep a picture of my family and Rebbi with me, looking at them if I need chizzuk.
If there is a prolonged nisayon, I repeat to myself Shivisi Hashem L'negdi Samid and I imagine Hashem and all the holy neshamos in shomayim are watching to see what I'll do. I even think as if my own neshama is watching. When it is the time to look back on it all, I want to 'smile' as I watch those grueling victories and sing and dance with joy.

I love your posts on the forums BTW...
Sounds like you've got some trauma of fish zaft & mikva... might be worth seeing a serapist for that....

I'm haved verry funny story on friday:

I coming to my new fish zaft mikva lekuvod shabbos, but when I open de door I see that someone is there, I ask him what you name and he tell me he's Markz, hes coming to doing teshuva lekuvod shabbos kminhag tzadikim that do teshuve erev shabbos, in my new mechtige mikva / spa / shvitz, so I tell him welcome welcome mach zich heimish du and when he was inside the somking hot fish zaft, he was soaking himself, he catched 37 herrings in his hands and bird, and he had a cat fish on is toes, I bringed him frishe chulent with huge pices bukkur inside, I give it to him, but he tells me that he cant eating it, because its fish and fleish... gei zei mazbir a goy bartenira...

So I tell him to going to de messarge table, but again, he not going to laying on his boich or rikken only on his side...

So I take him to de shvitz... I think he's still there he liking the shvitz sooooo much that he dont wanting to coming out, but I hope he dont over shvitz himself, we still need him here...

So plese whoever cud telling him to go out of de shvitz and come back here, please telling him.
