Hey man, how you feeling now? How was your day?
I can relate to starting to feel and be aware of your emotions and how painful and difficult it can be. I remember having to go on long walks and listen to music during those times because it was just to uncomfortable to sit in the beis surrounded by people while having these emotions roiling inside. Keep on trucking man, just take in ODAAT and you're gonna be amazing.
