This means that your searches are tracked and recorded, and the A.I. analyzes them for any inappropriate terms or any terms that may yield inappropriate content even if the content doesn't show up because you have a filter. The way the free webchaver subscription works is that you will get charged for even attempting to look at any type of shumtz whether on youtube or on a p website (or any other websites those were just specific examples), and while this is reported by A.I. it's reviewed by an actual person to verify.
