Hi all! Thanks for the thank yous and replies! I’m BH at day 11, started with therapist on Friday, and had the meeting with the rav last night. Making slow progress beezraz hashem! Although I’m quite busy, I’m making sure to find time to speak to some chevra here by phone (il give a shout out to Alef Beis Gimmel : welcome to GYE , whenever you’re ready to post..)  and to be in touch daily with rav HHM, including following his advice for bedroom. 

I know the olams waiting for the yankel story, will try to find times. Will have to ‘Handel’ the shaila at stake there in its thread,  but at least I see ppl are reading it!

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out!! I’m BH doing very good, I’m today 52 days clean!! I’ve been going to a therapist once a week, I am also seeing a certain Rav every few weeks. And of course HHM is on my case making sure the bedroom sugya is under control, thanks to him!
