Yosef, you can definitely do the 90 days...like everyone else has been saying, take each day as it comes - don't think about tomorrow. I'm also currently on the 90 day journey and my relationship with Hashem has definitely increased by leaps and bounds. I find myself constantly talking to Him and have come to rely on Him to hold my hand through this till the finish line. As a fellow yungerman like yourself, I have actually found that cutting down on my learning time outside of seder (especially Friday afternoons when I used to learn till 5,6 o'clock) and involving myself in recreational activities such as long bike rides has proven to subdue my taavah for lust and instead increase my feelings of fulfillment and happiness in different ways. This battle is far more important to me than my hasmadah at this point and Hashem knows good and well that all my time used on recreational activities is 100% leshem shamayim. Sometimes bitulah zu he kiyumah. I found these ideas in the handbook tool numbers 5 & 6. I can only speak for myself though and you have to find what enables you to take your mind off lust. Posting here has also been a major help for me and a continued chizuk. We're all in this together and look forward to hearing about your progress. Hatzlacha Rabbah!

we dont know the definition of gayvah but, at we look on the consequence we can find anger, resentment, etc. so we can identify what's gayvah,
so we can find that real gayvah is self-centered, selfishness, ego, shows up in anger, resentment, restless, discontent, all of those end up in addictions
so together we will get rid from all that stuff
