we all need to remember that just as much as we need to try and identify areas where we need improvement we also need to find our strong points. might even be more of a priority.
so reb JIP, in case you wanted my unasked-for advice, for homework i want you to list three good traits that you have, doesn't even have to be in alphabetical order, unless alphabetizing is one of your strengths.
i hope you can see that my joking tone is only a vehicle for the serious message i am trying to convey.

Zemmy, yes I talk about that book "Taking action" he's very right and it pains me terribly that this is were is starts stinking, regarding my good traits, I agree with u, I got many of them, but guess what all of them didn't help me a thing till now, so its pointless to even take credit for those, I lack the basic normal things and that's what puts me in garbage here again & again, I'm about to give up hope I got 1 more option left over which I hope to try in the next few days & if that's not the answer, I'll be done and over

JIP -I don't know you well, and I haven't been around here so long, so pardon me for overstepping my bounds BUT I"VE BEEN THERE, and we're all in this hell together working to find the stairway to heaven (sorry! I couldn't resist:)) so I'll allow myself to say something, and forgive me if you think that I'm just being insensitive chalilah...

BUT... Depression and yiush from both my struggles with lust and assorted problems (i.e. parnossah or the lack thereof...) are mammesh issues that made me wish...(and some say that's B'chal Nafshecha...even when you feel a ta'am missah in your life...live for Him)

And sometimes I'm just mechazek myself with the following thought:

Someone else might have all of the problems which are tearing you apart and also be (Chas Veshalom Chas Veshalom oif alla Hamas terrorists YM"S) a quadriplegic, (one wouldn't even be able to experience the 'pleasure' of P*** and M*** or act out...they'd just feel the immense mental pain of lust; one also wouldn't be able to kill onesself) blind, deaf, dumb or stupid...
