Doesn't Lev Shomei'a already have a hotline for Bnei Torah? Why another one?

Do they have people who can speak English? I assume Yiddish they have.

Does someone have Lev Shomei'a's number? I'd like to call and see what it is

Just want to add my small experience. Bnogaya to what @eerie mentioned that whenever the RY of GYE go to Rabbanim they should bring along one of us to knock the idea into their heads. I have personally accompanied one of the founders of GYE to a Rav/Leader of our community (the reason I accompanied him was pure siyata dishmaya...). He is someone that I believe knows this sugya really well and everything GYE has to offer. I wasn't asked to share my story, but I did anyways to bring out a point. The Rav knows my family and the yeshivos I grew up in, he was shocked when I shared my story!!! Not that it's so gory, just that someone that he knows so well can actually struggle in this sugya. He said that what made him do what GYE was asking him to do, was thanks to hearing a real story from a living person who he knows (somewhat).

Another Yid shared with me, that he met an influential magid that couldn't believe that such a chosheve Yid like him was struggling. This Rav barely knew about GYE and what they offer. 

How will we manage to get to the bachurim and yungerleit if the Rabbanim don't lead them to GYE?! It HAS to come from us!

But OTOH and maybe at the same time, there's a way to influence the higher level of mechanchim and rabbanim to what's happening on the earths surface?

1) Personally, I don't think I would've taken down a number from an anonymous sign. I don't think I would've done so because I wouldn't feel comfortable calling a number without knowing what to expect from the other side of the line. 

2) For that, I think, haskamos are necessary. If a sign or advertisement would have haskomos on it, and the ad would explain that likeminded yungerleit that are fighting the fight and are approved to give eitzas are at the receiving end of the line, would have a much bigger effect.

The sign is a great idea! I would add that there are probably many guys who will be weirded out by the sign because of its public nature; i.e., "so I'm gonna be the loser who pauses to scan the phone number with his eyes?" -  as well as by the element of the unknown; i.e., "who's the creep behind that phone number?" (However, regardless of a sign's effectiveness, tearing down a sign is not a very Grodnian thing to do)

That's why I believe that we need to tap in more and more to the power of "word of mouth" in the underground of GYE - as demonstrated by the far reaching effect of HHM.

As the several hundred few and proud of us (many of whom are mechanchim) encounter the lonely strugglers and the "double-life" guys, we all know where to refer them to; for some it will be CO, for others Vehkam, etc.

Let's keep on networking through PM and text, and let's spread the word one struggler at a time.

Just got off the phone with my contct in Lev Shomea
3 Scoops:
1] They field around 40,000 calls per year well over half are Inyonie Kedusha
2] [Apparently] Every Ben tora that has this issue knows they can turn there and are satisfied with the results
3] They are working on a English speaking division - with co-oporation with American Rabbonim

I mentioned the sign in BMG and he wholeheartedly agreed that it is much more powerful [and people would be much more comfortable] to speak to someone they know that gets them fully etc.

I am very wary of exposing myself at this point - however I am keeping a finger on the pulse.
Rabbi Yosef Elefant and Rabbi Yitzchok Berkowitz are to be involved, I know R' Y Berkowitz's contact and exposure to SA, Rabbi Elefant's is also a big fan of SA.

It could be though an idea to have an alternative to SA, and GYE is predominantly internet based, which doesn't work well for a lot of bnie tora, so a hotline of some sort could be a great thing

....I am in the process of getting involved
I don't know if there is a GYE website in Hebrew... - I introduced him to SA a while back [including getting copies of the big book and white book] however I didn't follow up - coz I didnt want to raise any red flags by him
I will try to see what tools they have [besides sending to therapy] and perhaps there is a thing or two they can learn from GYE
 It was actually he who mentioned the power of speaking to a guy that's been there and done it and is a ben tora
Perhaps the initiative of having the possibility for them to refer people to speak to someone like Eerie, HHM etc could be a good one, however since there is no GYE hebrew speaking community I don't know where to find those guys [of course there are SA guys but then it's really the whole 12 step thing]

Is there a version like gye.nu/ that is password enabled and allowed?

They won't because its against their policies
Or its muttar or its assur
Even gaurdyoureyes is blocked - which is why there is a 'kosher' version password protected
They block SA website which is a shame...
