I you want a filter that will block as many triggers as possible, use Netfree.
Its the best filter out there.

The point of Web Chaver, which is really Covenant Eyes, is to have one or more people reviewing reports. If you uninstall it, I assume they get a notification. So that should be enough for them to speak to you about why you uninstalled it. If the person getting the reports isn't really watching, add another person. I'm a big fan of Web Chaver because the ones that block either overblock or underblock. Unless you want to block the browser entirely or block everything except for a few sites.
