I agree. I reread what Yosef wrote and I did not see a lack of understanding from the part of his rabbi (although Yosef had to explain himself). If I didn't go Cold Turkey, then nobody would help me, since they would feel that they are helping me do an aveira, since the Rov said that there is absolutely no heter to see a woman in short sleeves.
So now ALL internet is off, except for several exclusions, which are individually listed. This website, my email, and a few others. That's what I call Cold Turkey. And this is my 3rd helping, because it was too restrictive and failed twice before. Now, that I have a mehalech and the Rov is somehow involved, thank you, Watson for that, maybe I stand a better chance of succeeding.
My family is more behind me than the last 2 times too. AND I can't just change it on my own, like the last 2 times, since I now only have the first 1/2 of the password.
