Try it if it doesn't work, perhaps the variables of the tool need changing

I don't buy regular Taphsic, but use my own variation (see the word 'restriction' below)

I heard this applies to SA meetings too. Not all will be beneficial for you

Same thing for therapy. I went to one  therapist. It didn't work. I didn't give up. I did my research which takes time, and then found a really good one

Unfortunantely some Therapist need more Therapy than us. What, you go to college, get a degree, and you know everything?

Shucks, that sounds lonely. You have my sympathy.

I'm not rich enough to keep experimenting with therapists until I find the one who will work for me.  Still working on my first billion.

Everyone is throwing around a lot of suggestions, and then saying just keep trying stuff until something works. I don't find that helpful or encouraging. Maybe other people do.
