I have realized that a primary reason for my not getting going with some of these 12-step groups or a therapist or something is that I have no idea how I can do it without my wife finding out. Any suggestions?
I don't have any experience with that. But in the mean time, at least get more involved in the forum. Post away, try to help other's, it works wonders!
