I had a really, really bad shabbos. I was feeling physically ill from the struggle. Actually, it would be mendacious to call it that, since there was really no fight at all.  What may be even worse is that now, an hour after shabbos, I'm not feeling the same sense of dread and misery and urgency I was earlier today.  But I will post what I was planning on posting anyway, which is this: HELP.

I tried an SA group already and found it not too helpful (as I think I've stated before). How else can I get working on the steps?
Also, does anyone know a sex addiction therapist in Jerusalem?
Other suggestions welcome. Judgment Day is approaching, and I am terrified. I need help, understanding, and support. That's you guys.
