Input image works in FULL REPLY, not in QUICK REPLY

Maybe I should just ask them to make everything work in quick reply and we won't need full reply anymore.

Reply has more features, like tables, adding files, etc... But for most cases, quick reply should be enough, which is awesome!! No more need to reload page to reply.
