Amazing stuff!!! Perhaps you might want to adjust your mindset a little bit. "Still on track" implies that the fall is inevitable, but for now I'm still okay. Like I'm riding a unicycle, wobbling, but I'm still on top. You're in this for the long haul buddy, to kick it for good. You can, and with the right mindset, you will! ROCK ON, YOU GOT THIS!

I cannot agree more with what amevakesh wrote in two places.
A positive attitude of "I've got this" is crucial. Have you considered reading the book "The Battle of the Generation"? It is very helpful in developing a positive attitude and enjoyable experience in winning battles.
Also, if you are ready, reaching out to talk to live people is a tremendous game changer. Calling HHM changed my life. 
If you can build up the courage, it can change your life forever. For the good.
