I’m bh 11 days clean and I had the best Purim I bh managed to finish the whole Tehilim with kavonah
if I can be clean for 11 days than anyone could I’ve struggled since I can remember my self as young as 5 6 I’m serious I feel that to win this you need to fill your day with new habits I started running on the trade mill learn Torah and spend time crying and begging to hashem that he should met me LIVE bec to me the alternative is DEATH I’ve an amazing family and when I’m using I can’t enjoy them I can’t daven and don’t feel a taste in life but for the last seven days I’m alive I’m in a away 11 days old I pray that we would all be able to overcome it and not be embarrassed when we look in the faces of our holy wives and children and in the mirror אנא השם הושיעה נא
