Until last night. A friend's wife called me by mistake and we ended up texting back and forth. Nothing inappropriate but definitely close to flirty and not something I'd do with anyone else. This is a lady who I find very attractive and have in the past fantasied about. I am married. I love my wife and kids. But now a huge part of me wishes that I could do something with this lady. B"H I didn't masterbate and I tried to just daven it out of me but still it's not totally gone.

Any tips?

Can you pick up a phone and call someone that knows your struggles? that could help a lot. Hang on there you've come a long way, and you have been a great inspiration.

If you dont want to talk to someone currently in your life - no problem  theres so many wonderful people are available to build a relationship with,  and it's really powerful to have someone to be there to listen to you and help you along the way
