Today is not just another day, today is not like yesterday and not like tomorrow, because if it would be then why bother. Hashem gave us another day so that we can accomplish something special. So if all you did today was just not to give in to those urges, that alone is an accomplished day!

Hashem never abandons us. Sometimes we don't see His presence and we think we are alone, but the truth is Hashem never leaves us, He is always looking out for our success!

There is always that moment or that urge that we cry out 'This is to hard for me to overcome, I just cant!'. Let us remember, that Hashem gave us this test so that we should overcome it and grow, so then obviously He gave us the tools we need to keep strong!

For me, the idea that ''since I got this test - I must be able to overcome it' has only added layer upon layer of guilt, since no matter how hard I tried, I still fell. The guilt grew so strong that I'm actually convinced that I'm a failure and a faulty person. 
Today i see, that sometimes Hashem gives me a nisoyon that I indeed can not win, but He is waiting for me to really turn to Him, so that He will pull me out.

Why would hashem give us a nisayon just so we would ask for his help? Lichorah he can't give an order if it's not possible to carry it out by ourselves.
the pshat is that hashem wants us to uncover our innermost selves to withstand the "test"

G‑d's tests are intended to uncover within an individual hidden powers which would otherwise be untapped.
When faced with difficulty and challenges we must keep in mind that this is actually a display of trust on G‑d's part. We must live up to G‑d's high expectations, and then the test will have outlived its purpose and will vanish.

i believe He can do whatever He wants.
Certainly everything that He does is for a good reason, but I don't always know what that reason is, and I certainly don't know what He can or "can't" do.

For example, if someone is very sick in a hospital, it'll be very very hard for him to davin with a minyan. Should he say that since Hashem gave me this test - He must know that I can do it, or perhaps he should say that this test of davining with a minyan is too much for me right now, and instead focus on the One who sent him the "test" and try to figure out what He really wants from him.

​Bichira does not always apply to every situation. Some things may be beyond us. Thats not a free license to act out and enjoy it because "it's too hard not to", but it does mean that if this situation is  beyond our control, then we better get on the phone with The One Above, or some other action that can help us, and TRY, but remember that the end result is up to Hashem, not us.
