One of the main reasons we go to negative stuff like porn, is we do not have sufficient alcoholic beverages in our system, one of the things that works, is to smoke up a joint or two, or say a few l'chiams. This will fix our chemical balance.

Switching porn for alcohol and tobacco is essentially switching one addiction for another. You won't become sober this way. Changing the chemical imbalance of addiction requires internal work.

The chemical imbalance is that we don't have enough weed and alcohol in our systems. We try to substitute it with inappropriate stuff. This is the problem we must face our problem head on by getting stoned and trashed to fix the imbalance.
