So I joined gye a week ago, and I feel like I'm ready for this battle. Talking to a lot of guys that are way ahead of me in this (which btw really really helps). Anyway today I gave a Meshulach a ride, and he turns to me and tells me I have to tell you a story. A bachur went to the Steipler and said I have no hope I've fallen so many times, I may as well just continue doing what I'm doing. The Steipler asked him, Did you ever hold back for even a minute? The Bachur answered, Yes. The Steipler said then even if you'll continue what your doing for the rest of your life, you'll still have an immeasurable zechus from that one minute!
No he wasn't Eliyahu Hanavi, But it was nice to hear such a story when your trying so hard to get a grip on your life.

When I need a chizuk and open a sefer and it opens to words that speak directly to my heart and its just what I need to hear - I feel its Yad Hashem! I try to feel His love. I don't think it's illusion. I believe it's BeHashgacha.
