So here's a game I play that works for me.

Anytime I am compelled to be in an environment where there are lots of women I play the line-up game with my eyes. I never ever look at any female long enough for me to recognize her if I had to pick her out of a line up.

This really means no longer than half a second (or even less). If I would never ever be able to recognize this person again, if I could swear that I have never seen her before, then I have passed the test.

I play a similar game, but instead of not remembering the women, I try to remember the men, and I can't look at women.
