I tried every trick in the book and until I did not make up my mind that I will attend the 12 steps noting worked for me. The power of the meetings is big stuff for a lot of reasons. The Strength Togethr is beyond explanation. I will say this, I was very afraid of being recugnised and yes I sure was, but you know what? I am sober and that is my number one now, and of story. Yes it took a long long time I had to reach a crazy bottom before I did it but if you ask. Me don't wait. Just do it.

If i still go? I hope to go for the rest of my life , maybe not so often but let me tell you these days I go twice a week and I make calls ever day and believe me when I tell you I am a very busy man but this took away my time and health and freedom and recovery gives it all back to me and much more.
