Hi GYE,

Day two of my journey, I'm at home alone with the computer while my wife is at work, I thought I'd check in at GYE but I clicked on the recycle bin and discovered an old porno pic which I quickly deleted, I'm feeling a little light headed now so I think I'll go out and do some yard . I'll check back in with GYE as soon as the fever passes. Hey is there anyone out there who can tell me how to deal with proxy servers? I really need a fence put up there.

Hey,

If you have a close friend (or even your wife) you can set up a webtracker that will send him/her an email with all your web activity. The shame should deter you. You will be able to surf freely but the "bill" will arrive and there is no way to cancel it. As I wrote to you yesterday, there is no foolproof filter. Period. At the end of the day, you will always have bechira (choice). BTW, it would probably be better not to mention the various ways to get around the filter because other members may be unaware of these options and they may fall because of it .

Yea, I remember, we can't rely on tools, that is so true.
    Well I survived the day by doing an oil change on my car and thinking about the spiritual torture I would have to endure all day for a few moments of pleasure. I guess that makes it day three for me, 90 days seems like a year away.
    I'm really sorry about that comment on the filter, I hope I wasn't the cause for someone's stumbling, I'll try to be more careful in the future. Hey Installed, I really like that webtracker idea , how can I learn more about it?

90 days seemed like eternity when I started but I'm now 28 days clean and I can't believe that it's been so long already. Just try to stay clean today, it will add up quickly.

I have an appointment with the Filter Gabai, this Friday, he's going to access my K-9,, I think I'm on day 4 now, I know what you mean, most of my struggles are with what I already have stored in my mind, I'm pretty good at diverting my eyes though, thanks for all the help.

Glad you are moving forward. How about signing up on the wall of honor? It's great to watch your name move up the chart . You mentioned that you know how to bypass the K9 filter so the tracking software may be better. Either way, try to remember that nothing in the world can stop you but yourself (with Hashems help) and that all it can do is delay you. Hopefully the delay will help you stop yourself (it does for me).

  I have an appointment tonight with someone on the "Team viewer" , they are going to access my filter to make a few adjustments, that will be just one more fence to slow me down when I start feeling weak., I've signed up for the daily chizuk but I haven't received anything yet, Oh well, I still have the GYE handbook that I've downloaded,  I'll see if I can find the wall of honor and sign up now, thanks

It worked, I can't bypass the filter anymore, he even had me test it to see if I could access it but K-9 blocked it, wow! my y' h' is upset but I really feel empowered, Wow! I can pray now without all that shame, my soul would be in torture for a whole day after a fall, but like you said, it's still just a tool.
