Just want to share with the oilam a little bit of what's going through my brain these days, this is the first year that i am actually looking forward to the ימים נוראים, in the past i dreaded it, and although i did daven with alot of kavaana..... i wouldv'e preferred if it wouldn't of existed, obviously it is because i did not want to have to face myself and be honest with myself, there was no way for me to be comfortable with myself knowing deep down that i am a failure and in all probability will continue that way, i would rather not have to face reality albeit for a few days, and continue living like the ostrich, head in the sand,

This year is different, i am actually really excited by the opportunity! yes it is a serious time and a awesome time, but that is only because of the awesomeness of what's at stake, ר' ירוחם would always muhn during elul גילו ברעדה and that they should be equal..., i always thought that it was מדין שיעור, but now i chop that he was muhning that the רעדה has to be a direct תוצאה from the גילו, and if it's not equal then it's a פירכא on the whole רעדה (so too vice versa), either way this is a huge opportunity to help solidify who i am deep down, and to beg hashem to help me continue on the right path, it's HUGE, hatzlocha raba to us all, and may we be zocheh to a uplifting experience!
