Question: Who thinks he has what it takes to respond with "You didn't fail! Every clean day is saved in Shomayim!" or "Don't call yourself a loser!" etc.?

Hey I am Connected to being Jewish when I'm not forcefully Twisted into eating Bosor Bchalav Stam, so I'll answer your question with one of my own.

Are you able to do that by yourself?
May you slide down the banister of happiness and get many splinters of success up your career

Hey  am Jewish when I'm not eating Bosor Bchalav Stam, so I'll answer your question with one of my own.

"Bosor Bchalav Stam" I like that.

To answer your question, not genuinely.

I'm sorry that you're struggling with how to move forward after your past attempts.

Failing does not mean you are failure
Losing does not mean you are a loser

The fact that failure scares you so much is an indication of how much this means to you. If you ever lost the fear of losing, that would be the dreaded day. Fear of failure (in a calculated dose) is one of my greatest motivators. Not so much the fear of falling, but fear of losing myself.

Does your excitement wane prior to the fall, or only afterwards?
Today is yesterday's tomorrow.

I'll say it, but with style.

Thompson with a "P," listen to me,
You're not a loser, just wait and see.
Your desire is what sets you apart,
With hope in your heart, you'll make a new start.

You bounced back to the site with style,
Proving your passion all the while.
Obstacles are just speedbumps in disguise,
So keep your eyes on the prize, and aim for the skies.

We adore your new character, it's true,
We don't want you to fade away, boo hoo!
Stay strong and stand tall, we're on your side,
Thompson with a "P," let your confidence ride!

Now gather 'round, let me tell you a tale,
Of Thompson the detective, who refused to fail.
He bumbled and stumbled, with grace and finesse,
But never did he let failure suppress.

His desire burned bright, like a fiery flame,
With hope in his heart, he aimed for fame.
He tripped over his shoelace, and fell with a clatter,
But he'd always bounce back, what did it matter?

Obstacles found him at every turn,
But Thompson with a "P" would never crash and burn.
He saw them as speedbumps, just a little hiccup,
And kept on moving, never willing to give up.

His new character shone with comedic gold,
We laughed and we cheered, we loved the stories he told.
We want him to stay, and continue to thrive,
Thompson with a "P," you make us feel alive!

So keep your chin up, and keep your faith strong,
Thompson with a "P," you truly belong.
The journey's not easy, but you've got what it takes,
To conquer the challenges, and soar above the stakes.

With laughter and joy, and wit that's so clever,
Thompson with a "P," you're a treasure forever.
So keep pressing forward, and don't lose your spark,
We'll be right here, cheering you on, in the dark!

Hug!

And we have our gauntlet picker-upper.

It not failing that makes me a failure, but not being able to admit that I failed.

So, I failed.
Maybe if I write those words enough times, they'll lose their potency.

Question: Who thinks he has what it takes to respond with "You didn't fail! Every clean day is saved in Shomayim!" or "Don't call yourself a loser!" etc.?

Don't call yourself a loser!

(Honestly did you expect the nuts here to pass on that one?)

But really, don't call yourself a loser. You're not a loser.

You're a "failer".

L'mai nafka mina?

A loser loses the game. He's out. He's lost the battle and war. A failer gets another shot. Repeat the class, inject some 'roids and try again next season, don thy holy suit of plot armor and resurface in the last arc of the next volume.

Bro I've been on here for more than two years and I never got more than about a month clean. And just look through my thread to see how many grandiose plans and proclamations I've made about how this time will be different. And it was all just a hot load of b.s. But I don't let that get me down. Maybe that's insanity. But I don't let that get me down either!

Can I change? Sure, probably in theory. Will I change? I'm not sure I believe I will.

But who cares.

“When your laboratory explodes, lacing your body with a supercharged elixir, what do you do? You don't just lie there. You crawl out of the rubble, hideously scarred, and swear vengeance on the world. You keep going. You keep trying to take over the world.”

Are you running this circus or just acting in it?

What do you do with your thoughts of being a failure at being a failure?
