He got out of his car, seeing the familiar beaming smile greeting him. That long warm hug radiating חיים and speaking volumes.
Years of struggle and pain, now success and purity, melted away in the strong grip of huggness.
Sweet conversation flowed, and the feeling of having such wise, pure Eyes boring deep with care and concern was priceless. 
Sharing strategies and successes, the fire and passion of sharing the sweet taste of victory, made the time fly by....  
With difficulty, he meandered his way out, thirsty for the next visit affording him the opportunity to benefit from this close friendship,
Reignited and burning brighter than ever before....

A warm breezy night under a full moon, my heart beating wildly.
Why you ask? I was about to get a taste of coming face to face with my destiny.
“Mi yitneini k’yarchei kedem” Iyov asked, the bliss of 9 months of yore,
l’ve relived that when Hashem sent Help to Me, remade me and more.
The hug otherworldly, the pure love and holiness in his eyes,
The kiss on my cheek, reminding me of his devotion to me,
The feeling of an only child who can always call out Totty!

Oh my Rebbi and spiritual father R’ HHM, how you believed in me,
held my hand, heard my cry, you’ve brought me to where I can be,
Like a potter and a blacksmith, you remade me, whole and pure,
So I’d look for kedusha, not to the low physical lure.

I’d looked forward to this day for months, to behold your face and eyes,
to be able to say “thank you” though however meager no matter how many times I’d try.
So many thoughts to express, ideas to share,
but in their place, the feeling of connection not needing much to say.
for the way I can express my thanks is to pass along,
all you’ve given me to allow others to sing their song…..

Dearest Brothers,

As I head towards the airport (destination Burma!), the site of innumerable falls, I turn to you for support and chizzuk you always graciously send my way. When I recently traveled to EY, GYE was a lifesaver and with Hashem’s boundless grace, I had a supremely successful trip in watching my eyes. I move my lips in prayer, begging for a Heavenly help and inspiration to succeed once more. 

I turn to all of you to help me and to hold me accountable! My journey is more fraught with danger as I’ll be alone in a hotel room tonight……
