Everybody is different in regards to these battles.
 That being said it this is a customized shevuah/shtar for you..that worked for you... not everybody will appreciate the details and specifics.
That doesn't mean it doesn't work. You said yourself that it helped you. I'm sure alot if guys might benefit from this if they tweaked it accordingly.

I personally like simplicity. It has been awhile since I had a daily battle (B"H) with masterbation. The trick for me was ...1-don't let myself get aroused (if I did ) there was a no touching policy...2- relaxing was always a go to/ride the wave.

Alot of trial and error but I'm not masterbating these days.

Hey all! So WOW! Day #9 honestly I would describe today as such a weird day lol! Was SOOOOO BUSY but felt like I wasn’t so productive Lolol! But I felt like I was so busy so that the main thing Lolol! Went to mikvah again after shachris this time haha lol! Then treated myself to an awesome breakfast AGAIN lol! And then went to nearby shul and chilled for like 2 hrs on my phone Lolol! Which is the reason I made my decision from now on I’m leaving my phone at home during the day Lolol! BezH! this way it will be even better and I will learn even BETTER! So then I went for 2nd Seder and shmoozed with an old rebbe of mine for like an hour! Was such a heated conversation lol so passionate about the yeshiva systems Lolol! It was so fun! Would see his face getting all red and pumped up! Lol and then it was my turn! Hahaha! I was telling him instead of changing the flower CHANGE THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE FLOWER!!! Lol! I got that quote from my friend haha! So anyway then I ate dinner learned davvened and learned some more and came home and took care of some shipments and now I’m relaxing haha! Today I was dreaming about my friend so much! But overall I’m making such good progress honestly never thought things would be this way even with my optimism... never thought I would adjust this quick maybe cuz I’m just keeping like EXTREMELY BUSY LOL! I feel like I love my friend so much but I’m settled Bh so thanks for that! If i can describe these 9 (10 days) I would say it’s about a correct mindset and going with the flow and after a while you get used to it and it become more settled and easier to handle Bh! OH! And something I ordered for my friend came today! I’m SO excited it’s my favorite thing I ever purchased honestly!!! So I’m gonna give it to her when I reach my goal of this break lol! Anyway, today was an awesome day! Gonna take care of some computer work now which my mom was begging me to do lol thanks everyone for all the views and posts

12:49am update - shtarkandemotional is trying to push through! To push through the hard times and to push through the other times too I just really miss my friend!! I’m sure she’s doing great ! Maybe I’ll distract myself and look online at some glasses lol and gonna try to inhale in the love cuz I’m really in need lol! 

Btw- in case everyone didn’t know my date knows about my struggle and knows I broke up too so he was very happy tonight I asked him like in the future what does he think of the idea... he said he thinks it’s an AMAZING idea! And he’s all for it! Just not this point in my life!! was happy to hear that honestly it calmed me down ALOTTTTT!!!!

Trying to feel the love but honestly it’s hard I don’t feel it too much I miss you honey!  but not to worry I will succeed I know it nice and clear haha lol!
