welcome! i hope you find here what you are looking for,if i may say a vort ,the pasuk says ,"RE`AH ANOCHI NOSAN LIFNEICHEM HAYOM BERACHA UKILALA..."the vilna goan ztl says that this pasuk is talking about the gift of bechira -free choice,Hashem gives everyone the power to choose ,why does the pasuk say HAYOM today /to teach us every day a person is granted a fresh power of bechira and what he did for the last week ,month year 20 years has nothing to do with his power of bechira TODAY , HE HAS A FRESH NEW BECHIRA AND TODAY CAN START A WHOLE NEW CHANGE OF LIFE! i hope this gives a little encouragement, hatzlacha and dont give up!
