I changed my vote to trigger happy on the computer.

Maybe for others something came first. But for me aside from the fact that I was raised in an environment where tznuis, TV & semiporn magazines were OK despite being "frum", I have no other triggers. 

There is a famous story of a reba whom a chasid came to crying becuase his son eats chazir and dances with shiktzas. He told the reba my son became crazy. The reba replied no if he would dance with chazirim and eat shiktzas he would be crazy. But your son is just simply following the yetzer hara. In my case that's really all it is. I have a huge yetzer hara for zenus that succeeded in latching on to an addiction. In my cause, lust is simply the root with no trigger prior. 

Disclaimer, I only speak for myself. It is possible that 99.9% of others on this site do not have that experience. 

I still don't see how you masterbate without fantasizing but I guess I'll vote on that. Since in my case its not so much the fantasy that I enjoy (although I do enjoy it) rather its the climax.
