first of all start by reading the GYE handbook, it is very handy indeed. it will give you a feeling of where you are holding and the tools to use.

1) figure out what you're triggers are, most on this forum are loneliness, stress, and boredom. and then figure out ways how to stay away from them

2) talk to a real person, who you trust, about your problem, being open and honest with ourselves goes a very very far way in this fight.

3) Remember that we are here to be clean TODAY, one day a a time, as Dov says " there is no better day to be clean than today"
