B"h I'm feeling much better. Resting up on Friday gave me the strength to spend quality time with my family over Shabbos.

Recoverywise I have slipped into the comfort zone -i.e. I no longer feel the crises crushing me. But I can't let myself forget the lessons of the past two weeks.

Indeed, being in the "comfort zone" lead me to read some literature last night of the variety that in the past has led me down some bad paths. Fortunately I caught myself in time before it became a major slip.

Had a very busy day and night and just got back from a communal affair.

Gotta go shluffy.

Reminds me of the vort I heard from Rabbi Reisman shortly after 9/11.  It says by Pharoah:  וַיִּיקַץ פַּרְעֹה וַיִּישָׁן He had a moment of inspiration, but then he went right back to sleep.  When we see, hear, think of something that moves us, we have to grasp hold of it and take it with us, otherwise we can end up like Pharoah.
