Does anybody know of a good filter for linux? I am looking for something that

• Has a blacklist and whitelist option
• Does NOT store or track my data, or what websites I visit (or try to visit). 
• Is reasonably hard to disable (I am for better or worse pretty tech savvy. If I wanted I could reinstall the whole OS to get around any filter. But something that is annoying enough to disable that gives me pause to catch myself is good enough for me)

Does such a thing exist?

I'm not familiar with the Linux system, but someone else was asking about filters for it recently. The end result was him deciding to uninstall Linux so he could install a filter that fit his needs.

Do you specifically need Linux? As a tech savvy fellow, I presume there are reasons to prefer it, but being niche is probably why fewer filter options have been released for it.

Unfortunately I don't think there is any filter on any platform that supports all your requirements, especially the requirement of not keeping logs or store and track your data.

I have responded to that post that netfree can work on Linux, additionally Triple which is a very good screen monitoring tool supports Linux as well. Both of these apps will log your data.
