l am looking for a tool to block access to websites specifically YouTube and it's for a computer running windows 10 preferably with the ability to password lock it.

for right now I study on the computer so I need most things to be open I just won't YouTube to be blocked and for right now I don't need access to any videos if I can control it or have someone unlock it to watch specific things that would be okay..
