Just curious what most people consider to be a “fall” and would start over the clean streak counter for?

I was just wondering today about this question. I was thinking whether to start over the counter, after keeping my eyes for too long on a picture plastered on the wall. The world around us is totally nuts. The things they put on the walls for everyone to see, I don't know if GYE will be effective in a few years...

What constitutes a "Fall" to require restarting the count?
There are "slips" and there are "falls". "Slips" do not require restarting the count. "Falls" do require restarting.
A "Fall" is one of the following things:

1. Intentional masturbation (with finish)
2. Intentionally viewing improper sites
3. Intentionally calling inappropriate telephone numbers
4. Intentionally seeking out and reading erotica

In regard to number 2 (and 4), if someone saw something by mistake and then got a little bit carried away and kept looking at it, or even if someone saw a link and couldn't resist clicking on it but then catches themselves within a few seconds, that would only be considered a "slip", not a "fall". However, if someone decides to actively pursue viewing, that would be considered a fall.

I read from Rav Noach Weinberg Z"L, the reason Hashem is sending us such great nisyonos is that our generation should have the greatest merits for welcoming moshiach and the geulah. 
There was never a generation with such difficult tests and so much gevurah to withstand the tests and stay close to Hashem.
GYE with all of it's members are definitely on the forefront of bringing us closer to the finish line! Let's keep up the amazing work!
