Does non-religious music video that isn't Judaism that shows pretty women dancing or a woman singing love songs lead to masturbation and porn? I'm a Noahide by the way

Yes that less explicit stuff will lead to p and m and in my experience I preferred to m to the material you describe over p. So even if it doesn't lead to p it will lead to m and it's assur to look at the material you describe to begin with. Listening to goyish music isn't also the best even without the visuals because the substance of audio can lead to arousel which will lead to p and m.
