I went though a stage of being very very concerned over the size of my genitalia.
I even opened up to my wife who was incrediably supportive and kind. saying that it is not the size that count etc. I think I became obsessed - checking medical research etc, measuring.

My wife looks back at this time as a period of great self growth for me as I attributed this fear to a low level of self confidence, she was pround of me and how I was becoming real with myself....

and the bomb!!
I think I even fooled myself. All this was me just abusing my poor wife that was trying to help me!!.

Our marriage now is strained. I had told her in the begining of our marriage that "a man MUST be together at certain times" to the extent that she agreed to being together even with tears in her eyes. I told her recently that I had learnt a new derech when sex is a what and not a need this has left her reeling. we have not been together for over 6 months now

DD...I agree with you many times...not here, however.

Cordnoy and MBJ's threads are about shalom bayis issues mixed with lust addictions, and while the issues on those threads are intertwined, the issue on this thread is a different one...at least the way it is bein' presented. Charlie is screamin' and hollerin' that his entire life or a main part of it at least, is filled with fantasy....in his house and in his work place. I do not know why he hasn't been with his wife for six months; he never said. But his first order of business is to calm his fantasies; try to get a better understanding of where they are comin' from and why they are hauntin' him in such a way. That could be accomplished by a specialized sex therapist, of which there are many in the Israeli community.
