Hi, Im a user on this site under a different pen name but I needed to ask a question unrelated to my usual profile.

I have a friend who doesnt suffer from anything we usually suffer from here such as sex and lust addiction, but is in urgent need of a therapist nonetheless. I have been greatly helped by a narrative therapist but my friend is in London and wants someone as good.

Does anyone have good experience with a Narrative Therapist in London and not sex related? Rather the usual problems of real low self esteem etc.

he speaks English as well
I speak to him on the phone; he does Skype as well.
its the 21st century.

Is it not better to find someone who can do it in person? Wont it be so much more effective?

I don't know to compare....I am appreciating it this way.

Right! I suppose anyway that its better to get a top therapist by phone then just a usual one in person.
