I have been on this site for a few months and in that short time it has changed the way I think (for the better) and improved my relationship with my wife.  I have made great friends here and great progress.  It's no secret that guard is striving for even better resources to help all of us and to advertise so others can benefit as well.  This all costs $$$.  If you are here, you have benefited - period.

I am starting this appeal thread in the hope that we can inspire each other to give.  It's the season of teshuva, tefillah, and tzedakah.  Let's give our tzedakah dollars here.  Maybe we can get bards to give out an autographed bottle of Woodford for donations over $200 .

I am wealthy in many ways, but not by any measure the IRS uses .

For me, a $36 donation is a big donation.  I start the pledging with a donation I recently made of $54.

Tizku L'mitzvos... Let's hope that very soon kol harisha kula tichleh all evil will be abolished and there will no longer be a need for this site.

For those of you who would like to give but can not give big numbers, there is an option for small monthly payments that add up. Try it!!

BTW - How much have you paid to feed your lust addiction over the years? This includes paying for internet access, video rentals, books/magazines, etc. Isn't cleaning yourself up worth at least as much as screwing yourself up was?

I've entered my bid of $10 per month for the year. I hope not to have to pay it up, for the need should go away completely. However, should there still be a need next year,  i hope to continue the $10 per month then as well.

Hi, guys.  I see this post has been read 94 times, but I don't see too many donations.  If you are giving or have recently given, speak up.  If you don't want to give an amount, that's fine, but letting us know that you gave, gives others chizuk to give.  Don't use anava or tznius as an excuse.  Chime in and let everyone know that you gave.

I gave $120 about 1.5 years ago. I do plan on giving more.. Perhaps in a month or so.

There should be Daily Sponsors like they have in Yeshiva that you can sponsor a day of learning. There should be a daily sponsor of GYE.

Any thoughts?

I gave $100 recently. it's more than I typically give to a tzedaka, but I owe my life and my sanity to Guard and all the holy members here, so it's the least i can do.
