bh for now it passed. Maybe I’m not feeling a sense of urgency. In the past when I started and felt like I had no hope and joined gye I was ready to do anything and called someone at first chance. That could be ersht the problem I’m getting comfortable in the battle and forgetting the goal. 

Fell 
Worst fall I had in months. Full on fall. 
I’m Better than what happened today. 
Not much words. Had so many moments I could have stopped and I didn’t…

Day 1 
I don’t want to see myself waiting to magically change. I know what needs to be done I need to reach out. Maybe yesterdays fall was a big enough push to call someone…

Day 2 
busy hectic day. Clean day 

Day 6
going well not many urges 

Day 12
haven’t posted in a couple days have been busy and not on gye a lot. But it’s been going good I am wondering what causes this streak of not having intense urges and easier to be clean. My thought process now is when I give in a little it always starts a slip even if I don’t consider it a fall it will make it harder next time. I’m trying hard to not let myself be convinced that it’s just one glance or not so bad.

My current experience has shown me that when all triggers are avoided, and mind surfing is implemented immediately upon getting hit with fantasizing thoughts, staying clean is interminably easier.

Day 15 
Was doing great 2 weeks! Had a fall last night in M. Now need to make sure it doesn’t turn into a massive fall and I can move on. 

The magic of GYE is the understanding that we're all here for each other. A fall doesn't translate into יאוש! 

Get right back onto that monstuh truck!!!!!

Day 3 
After last fall I fell once more but that was after a day of fighting that I’m actually pretty proud of had big urge thinking I already fell let me do full on p and get it u blocked etc. was abt to do it but stopped and took a deep breath waited a bit and it passed I realized I didn’t need it. I’m proud of that even though that night I fell (not in p). 
I know I can do it. I need to 1. Not wake up my yetzer hara keep it quiet when it is already. And 2. When it does wake up I know I can beat it.
