What invite?

Hi,
I'm new here and this is my first post. Thanks for everyone for the great posts, it's warming my heart (I'm even getting emotional from some posts). I didn't believe that there are so many people going through this struggle with so many similar details. 

One of the great things why this site is working so good for me is that if I have to take a break from work or just need to air out, there is so much what to do here to keep me busy for hours. 

I just reached 14 days clean/Level 4. I am happy that I was able to stay clean so long, but I feel that not acting out makes me feel down, and I am afraid if I will be able to make it until 90 days. 

I hope that taking the courage to write and share will help me stay strong.

How about create your very own dedicated thread for your 90 day journey, and beH with a small amount of perseverance you'll pass the 90 mile hurdle!!!!

Hello My Dear Friends,
It has been a while since I last posted on here. I just want to share that I feel challenged now in the summer when my family is away in the country and I am all alone in the city with the privacy to indulge in the sweet poison of the past. I feel a draw trying to suck me back in. I will stay connected with my friends and the RBS"O who will protect me if I let.

1) Don't take a long shower
2) Try to get from work at a decent time but don't batul around the house instead of going to sleep at a normal hour
3) If you daven with a minyan, walk there.

5) Think twice before you open your phone ( which if it is not filtered is just as bad as an unfiltered PC) and try to get together with other guys whose wives are in the country

My Eshes Chayil was away for part of last week visiting a cousin and is away this week visiting our aineklach and our daughter and SIL. In the past  just being alone for such trips would have sent me right down the twin rabbit holes of porn and Shichvas Zera Lvatalah. GYE has helped me enormously in helping me become and BEzras HaShem stay Tahor. 

We are right here.
