I am going through 9 months of cheshbonot like like tax stuff and I am doing well but the pressure( I lost some material etc) is so great and I feared doing this thats why i pushed it off....

If I can share a similar situation with you; earlier this week my company was hit by some hidden fees that resulted because of poor invoicing of one of our partners. As the CEO, where all financial responsibility falls on my shoulders, I was forced to somehow find tens of thousands of dollars - money that I do not have. I too was faced with a similar stress, and began searching for an outlet to release all of my built up tension.

I did my utmost to find a healthy means to let out some tension, and I was saved from diving into a fall. Try to relax and have a little faith. I learned a quick lesson of bitochon, when as soon as I relaxed I got a phonecall from one of the company's investors saying that he was ready to make a deposit containing the full amount.

Break out of it! Let go and let G-d!

P.S: Part of what helped me get past this, was the recognition that my releasing the tension won't fix the problem anyways. Somehow I'd have to come up with the money. Instead of later facing 2 pressures, a. the pressure of the financial burden, and b. the added pressure caused by the fall, I preferred to face the financial difficulty and seek out a way to solve the problem. Masturbation is not part of problem solving.

i was thinking way too much today.  all about current dating issues, and past activities that i am still guilty of.  i cried several times.  right now, i feel the only way of comforting me is "falling".  need to discuss anything, distract me.  thanks.

There's an interesting paradox: when we cry over our Aveiros, that is something to be happy about.  On the other hand, if we're happy about our Aveiros, that is something to cry about.

The fact that you are pained by your past actions is very Chashuv to the Ribbono Shel Olam.  There is nothing that you have done in the past that cannot be fixed with sincere Teshuva and Yom Kippur, which is coming up.  Even should Yissurim be necessary, don't worry about that too much.  Just be a person who, instead of complaining over every minor pain and inconvenience (which we all experience, in any event), accept it as a Kaparah.  Also, if you are Zoche to Teshuva Mei'Ahavah, where all your past Aveiros become Zechusim, then there would be no need for Yissurim.
