I've been clean for a little over a week and my testicles have been in a lot of pain and if I act out then the pain will go away. Without asking for doctors orders, has anyone ever heard of this before?
bh I didn't act out and I'm feeling better now, it was a big nisayon for me. It's randomly happened before...

yes it's actually called "blue balls". It will go away eventually. You can try putting some ice there, and Motrin helps too.

1 - Motrin, Advil (ibuprophen) works very well for the pain, which goes away soon;

2- it will keep coming back if the person keeps using porn, or fantasizing himself into an erection again, or dong anything purposefully sexually stimulating to himself...it engorges the tissue and causes that painful sensation;

3- it is part of growing up, so you are not alone.

Hello I really really want to want to act out because of what happened yesterday.
yesterday I was suspended from school because of a supposedly false accusation against a counselor. I went to ask him about a class grade or something and somehow he started talking inappropriately to me about gay stuff.. I reported it, and they suspended me. I was also going to expelled, but they dropped the charge and suspended him on a drug charge.  I tried praying to Hashem but I still want to act out. Can anyone help?
 

Shmuly, hang in there.  You can decide to NOT act out.  Remember, school is almost over and you will be moving to Israel and starting a whole new life.  Even joining the IDF!  Don't let the school's loyalty to the counselor throw you off.  You can show them and yourself what a man you are by staying clean.  We're rooting for you!
