What's new in this version?

1) Landscape mode when turning the phone sideways

2) Zoom capabilities

3) When clicking a link in the Index, it jumps straight down to the appropriate article now without reloading.

4) Internal links open with the internal app's browser. External links open with the phone's default browser.

5) Added "Contents" button on top, to jump back to the CONTENTS of each e-mail

6) Removed bottom bar to increase reading area. The arrows for next and previous are now on top.
