To all those that say there are no physical side effects/danger to p&m addiction (as opposed to hard drugs), here is my story.
I've been going through a hard time lately and acting out more frequently then in the past. After one such incident, I began to have physical discomfort. Within a few hours, I was in more pain then I could ever remember. I'm a pretty big guy, and I have a very high tolerance for pain, but this was unbearable. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 9 - 9.5. The Dr said it was probably caused by irritation and it should go away in a few days, but it's already a few days and it still hasn't. I am scared.
This didn't happen because of any natural causes. It happened because I cannot control myself when it comes to lust. I hope that in the end things will get better but my point is that this disease/addiction/obsession/y
