Set your Window's login password to something like "Iwillguardmyeyes" or "shvisihashemlinegdi" or "losasuru" or "Hashemiswatching".
Each time you log in to your computer, you will be reminding yourself to be on guard!
Another idea: Write the words and stick it on your computer screen!
Although this is obviously not enough on its own to help someone who struggles, the little things still go along way if you are taking the bigger steps as well!
